This Larrivee 00-40E is absolutely beautiful! It features a Mahogany top with Mahogany back and sides, herringbone appointments, a full sunburst finish, and an LR Baggs Stage Pro Element pickup. It plays and sounds great - the Mahogany gives it a nice snap but it never gets too bright. These smaller body guitars have a nice warm voice and are pretty versatile - they bloom nicely for fingerpicking but can also have nice headroom for heavy strumming. We love everything we get from Larrivee but these satin finished 40 Series guitars are pretty special! Please let us know if you have any questions!
