Suhr Amps are the creation of an highly-esteemed guitar builder, John Suhr. John Suhr had long dreamed of designing a tube amplifier that would likewise serve his musical vision. In the early 90s he moved to LA and began working with Bob Bradshaw of Custom Audio Electronics. Together, they designed the OD-100 amp head which Suhr still sells with the CAE logo. Since 2004, he has been unveiling heads, combos, and cabs under his own name, including the Badger, Hedgehog, and Bella. Each of these boutique amps are unique and specialized with particular kinds of players in mind. From searing gain to glistening cleans, every imaginable tone is covered by this tuneful family of tube amps.
