Shipping policy

We offer Free 3-Day Select Shipping for "New Products" via UPS or FedEx unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. Smaller orders like pedals and accessories may ship via USPS. If you have a preferred carrier, please let us know once the order is placed. Orders placed before 1pm EST will ship the same day. If an order is placed after 1pm on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday as we do not receive pickups on the weekends.

We also offer expedited shipping for an additional charge. If you prefer that your order, be held at a shipping facility for pickup, you will need to notify us before it ships. Once an order has left our store, we cannot change the destination due to security restrictions. All orders are professionally packed with high quality materials to ensure they arrive safely.
