2018 PRS John Mayer Silver Sky Electric Guitar - Horizon Red w/ Rosewood Fretboard

This 2018 PRS John Mayer Silver Sky in the now discontinued Horizon Red is a modern interpretation of a vintage single-coil guitar, developed through close collaboration between John Mayer and Paul Reed Smith. Inspired by classic 1963–1964 instruments, it delivers vintage warmth and familiarity with modern precision and reliability.

Key features include an inverted PRS headstock for improved tuning stability, PRS locking vintage-style tuners, and a steel PRS tremolo with Gen III knife-edge screws set flush to the body for enhanced resonance and sustain. Custom 635JM single-coil pickups provide full, round tones with a smooth, musical high end.

On consignment from the original owner, this one has a super dark, chocolatey rosewood fretboard, paired with a Mayer-designed neck profile and a 7.25" radius, offering authentic vintage feel with refined playability.
