This 1978 Fender Telecaster is a vintage left-handed example of one of Fender’s most enduring electric guitar designs, retaining its original hardware and electronics apart from a replaced output jack. Originally finished in Olympic White, the finish has yellowed considerably with age, giving the guitar a distinctive vintage appearance. The maple fingerboard complements its classic Telecaster look, while the largely original components preserve its authentic late-’70s character. Known for its bright, articulate response and unmistakable twang, the Telecaster remains one of the most versatile electric guitars ever made, equally at home with crisp rhythm playing, country-style picking and expressive lead work. Dating to Fender’s late-’70s era, this example offers the appeal of a vintage American-made instrument with decades of history and a naturally aged finish, making it an appealing find for left-handed players seeking an authentic vintage Telecaster.
