Our Luthier inspects; cleans & sets up every guitar we sell. We'll notify you if your guitar needs any repairs and give you a cost to make the repairs. We can settle up after your guitar has sold.
Professional photography
Our professional photographer photo's new, used and consignment inventory several times a week. We use high-quality cameras and listings go live within a week of arriving, sometimes sooner.

Submit Your Gear Information
Brand, Year, Model, Serial #, Condition, Case, etc + a few pictures
Market Value
We will look at similar gear that has sold recently and generate a suggested listing/lowest acceptable price.
How Do I Get My Gear to You?
You can ship your gear to us; we can send you an insured/box shipping label or we can pick up larger collections located on the East Coast.

Checks are written on the 1st & 15th of the month. Buyers have (2) Days for the Return Period.

Is My Gear Insured?
Yes-all Consignment and Store Inventory is Insured.
How Do You Protect Against Fraud?
Our Processor checks every order for Fraud and flags suspicious orders. We also verify the bill to and shipping addressed ourselves, plus we contact the buyer via phone & email to confirm order.
How Long is the Consignment Period?
90 Days-After 60 we will discuss interest history and possibly suggest a price drop.
Do I Need an Appointment to Drop Off?
No, if you're dropping a few instruments. If you're bringing more than five, please contact us so will be prepared for your visit.
How Do You Market My Guitar?
We actively promote products on our website, Google Shopping, social media, YouTube, Email Marketing blasts and list on Reverb.
