Refund policy

Before you make a purchase, please review our return policy and contact us if you need further clarification. We offer different options depending on the condition of the purchased product. For all returns, you must get authorization from MGS staff before you send it back - Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. To get return authorization, please call us at (980)-265-1976 or email sales@midwoodguitarstudio.com to start the return process. A return shipping label will be emailed to you to make sure the products are properly insured.

All products must be returned in the same condition they were shipped in and must be carefully re-packaged in the original packaging. If an item arrives in a different condition than it was originally shipped, a restocking fee may be charged depending on the damage. Please see the different policies for the type of items below:
